By using the Platform, you agree that:

1. Authorization: You will only share benefits that you are legally authorized to transfer. It is your responsibility to verify that sharing a benefit does not violate your employer's policies, employment agreement, or any applicable laws.
2. Accuracy: All listing information you provide — including descriptions, terms, restrictions, and suggested rewards — will be truthful and accurate.
3. Good Faith: You will interact with other users in good faith and will not misrepresent the value, availability, or terms of any benefit.
4. Legal Compliance: You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when using the Platform.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Platform to post or share:

• Benefits obtained through fraud, theft, or unauthorized access
• Content that violates any third party's intellectual property rights
• Illegal goods, services, or activities
• Misleading, false, or deceptive listings
• Spam, phishing attempts, or malicious content
• Content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others

5. Anonymous Usage

The Platform allows anonymous interaction. While we respect user privacy:

• Anonymity does not excuse harmful, fraudulent, or illegal behavior
• We reserve the right to remove listings or restrict access to users who violate these terms

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Any loss resulting from transactions or communications between users
• Any action taken by your employer as a result of your use of the Platform
• Any data loss, including loss of listings, messages, or saved items

8. Data & Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. In summary, the current version of the Platform stores all data locally in your browser — no data is transmitted to external servers.

9. Intellectual Property

The BenefitsFromBenefits name, logo, design, and original content are the property of the Platform operators. User-generated content (listings, messages) remains the property of the respective users, but by posting on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any listing at any time, for any reason
• Restrict or terminate access to the Platform
• Modify or discontinue the Platform with or without notice

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
