  4. Basis for removal: Explain why the content should be removed (e.g., IP infringement, unauthorized benefit transfer, employer policy violation, fraud)
  5. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law
  6. Accuracy statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
  7. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature

3. How We Process Requests

  1. Receipt: We acknowledge your request within 24 hours
  2. Review: We evaluate the request for completeness and legitimacy
  3. Action: If valid, we remove or disable access to the identified content
  4. Notification: If possible, we notify the user who posted the content (without sharing the requester's personal information)
  5. Record: We maintain a record of the takedown request and action taken
